This is the Unitech campus in Mount Albert near the zoo. It has a really smooth carpark section undercover with a long low ledge running along the edge of it that grinds and slides perfectly. Great for rainy day games of s.k.a.t.e. There is a few other things around the campus like these low green rails and stone ledges (these are really rough and need capping). Overall it's got a few spots to hit but also kinda disappointing for a large uni.
